Refund policy

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer full exchanges or store credit within 15 days from the delivery date to initiate the return process. Please remember, you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs and any re-shipment fees.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that all tags and hygiene liners are intact before sending your item back. Items must be unused and be in the original condition you received it in. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any items that don’t meet these guidelines.

 Once  your return has been received and it has been reviewed, your refund will be processed promptly—minus shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

To process a return please email honeydewswim.ca@gmail.com with your order number and order information to initiate this process. We will provide the appropriate steps to begin this step. When you decide to return, please note that customers are responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.
