Our Exchange Window
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.
Exchange Policy
Since our swimwear is designed with one-size-fits-all crimple fabric (XS-XL), we offer exchanges for different styles or colors only—not returns for sizing issues. Our universal fit is designed to work beautifully for every body.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unused with the original hygiene liner intact
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request an Exchange
Contact us at honeydewswim.ca@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll provide you with our return address and instructions.
Please note: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping to send items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Processing Your Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you within 2-3 business days. If approved, we'll ship your exchange item at no additional cost.
If you'd prefer a different item instead of an exchange, we'll issue a store credit to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Final Sale Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Damaged or Defective Items
Quality matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at honeydewswim.ca@gmail.com with photos. We'll make it right with a free replacement—no return shipping fees required for our mistake.
